My Senior Design Project

Ryan Coutts and myself, Dale Wilkinson, built this rover
for our senior design project at UCR. We designed
and built all of the mechanical and electrical
system ourselves. We set up a wireless communication
system for the purposes of controls as well as RF source
localization. We also incorporated a digital compass
which, along with the distance measuring sensors on the
front, allowed the rover to detect obsructing obstacles
and navigate around them. Thousands of hours later.....
